Retrieval
Counterforce retrieves deprived or stolen (living) things or objects if they can not be replaced easily.
Parental child abduction is the most tragic example: A parent may remove or retain the child from the other seeking to gain an advantage in expected or pending child-custody proceedings. This mostly occurs when the parents separate or intend to divorce.
The Counterforce Operational Unit's mission is now to seek, find and return the abducted child.
Many other cases deal with rare vehicles, yachts or luxury objects.
